Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall begin on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. The withdrawal must be declared by email to retoure@courtclass6.com.
After receipt of the withdrawal, the customer will receive the return instructions by email.
The provider shall reimburse all payments received from the customer, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction. The provider may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal has been declared. The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Compensation for loss of value is only payable if such loss results from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
